Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
### 3. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
### 4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
### 5. Lost or Damaged Packages - **Lost Packages**: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.
