Welcome to Brickskk’s Refund & Return Policy. These terms apply to all custom building block and minifigure orders from our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


  • Returns/refunds are available for unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must include all original parts and packaging to qualify.

2. Non-Returnable Items


  • Custom/personalized minifigures (non-defective) are final sale.
  • Clearance/flash sale items cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Simple Return Process


  1. Contact our support team at shopify@brickskk.com with your order number and photos of the item.
  2. Our team will review your request and share next steps if eligible.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Defective or Damaged Orders


  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
